Selected work

2014 — Present
2019

H-1B Lottery RPA

Built a custom robotic process automation tool in a single hotel-room weekend to register 8,000+ H-1B Lottery applicants for the firm’s immigration practice. Eliminated hundreds of hours of manual data entry per cycle and became a template for similar automations across the firm.

2018

Firm Client Portal

Designed, developed, and operated a custom client portal supporting 2,500+ active users across the firm’s practice areas. Replaced fragmented vendor tooling with a single trusted system the firm controls end-to-end.

2020 — 2023

Four office build-outs

Led network, AV, and infrastructure design for three San Francisco office moves and one New York build-out during the COVID pandemic. Zero downtime, on budget, with hybrid work patterns baked into the design from day one.

2022

BTScrape

A custom web data extraction and mapping platform built through Bradford Technology Solutions to solve a client’s resource allocation problem. Identifies common data points across disparate sources and constructs network graphs to surface relationships at scale.

02 / ABOUT

About Brad

Westfield, NJ

I’m a technology executive who still writes code — and a software builder who runs operations at executive scale.

I came up the hard way: desktop support, then sysadmin, then head of technology, then CIO. Along the way I picked up the operational chops that come from owning the whole stack — infrastructure, security, vendor management, budget, the people, and the boardroom conversations.

What I’m known for: solving problems compulsively. Whether it’s staffing models, security architecture, construction management, software development, or financial planning, I want to understand the system from every angle and then build the thing that fixes it.

I hold a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University, run a decade-old consulting practice on the side, and am currently building Alidade, a practice management platform for immigration law firms.
